Stay in US after Divorce

I am on H4-EAD and going though divorce right now. Divorce was initiated  by husband Sep-2018 and final trail is in Aug-2109. I would complete 10yrs in US by Apr-2019. I came to US on L1A and stayed for its full term (7years) and right after, I changed my status to H4 and continuing to stay here without any out of country stay. And hence, I am not eligible to H1 lottery since I don't  have 1yr out of country stay.

what are my options here to live in US?

Does your existing H4 & I-94 expires in April'2019? If so, you cannot stay beyond April'2019 though the final trial is in Aug'2019. You need to quit by April'2019 and come on B1/B2 to USA if your presence is required for final trial in Aug'2019. Check with your family attorney as most of the times Attorney representation is required for final trial until the defendant/spouse requests court to have both parties in-person during the trial for any financial settlement.
