H1B Extension RFE:

  Hello All,One of my friend got following RFE while applying-his H1B Extension.Could you please let me know if any one/any one of your friend’s experienced following RFE.

My friend working as a contractor since 4 years after his graduation in master’s here-We are not sure if working as contractor why we will visit employer’s office instead of Client location?

Beneficiary has not visited Employers office. If this is inaccurate, we would certainly like to explain this to USCIS. Please advise (1) how Employers secured the Beneficiary’s services, (2) if/when/how frequently has the Beneficiary visited Employers office, (3) if Employers has an employee with supervisory authority stationed at the same worksite (no such employee is listed on the provided organizational chart)

-          RFE also notes no benefit deductions in the Beneficiary’s pay receipts. Please explain. If the Beneficiary opted out of employee benefits, we would like to have records showing this.
