No change in H1B case status for more than half a year

Hello everyone, 

I am currently waiting for the answer to my H1B case. 

I tried to check this by case ID on the following resource: egov.uscis.gov

Unfortunately, there are no updates:

Does anyone have the same issue? Why is it happening? Anything I can do to boost the progress?

P.S. We also submitted out of processing form. It didn't help.

My H1b renewal is in processing since early 2018. No response yet. Only update was it was moved to another service center. Anyone know if it can be moved to premium processing?

It took 9months for my h1 renewal and 18 months for i-140 approval. Except waitin nothing can't be done.
