Does i am Allowed to stay on Ammendment case receipt

I am in the situation where my I94 was expired in September 30 2018.

FIled my H1B extension  on Spet 10 and got RFE on it.

in the mean time i lost my current contract.

Now i got a new contract  with 9 months letter and filing amendment using this before answering my H1B RFE. 

My question if in case my  H1B extesnion/transfer petition denied can i stay in USA with my amendment receipt notice?
