Hi All,

I have filed for H1B EXT/AMENDMENT with New Client and my I94 Expires soon. 

I have heard that we can file for another LCA before the current one gets rejected.

Do I need to file a new LCA before the I94 expires or before the current H1B EXT gets rejected (to stay in the country without going out for stamping) ??
