Saikat_D Posted December 5, 2018 Report Share Posted December 5, 2018 Hi, My name is Saikat Das an Indian and I have been offered an offer to do my graduate studies (PHD) at the University of Cincinnati in the Department of Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics with a university graduate scholarship. I gave my visa interview at the US Consulate Kolkata way back on the 18th of June. I was given an administrative processing under 221(g) by the visa officer in a pink colored slip. I gave all of my supporting docs as required by the 221(g) letter on the 20th of June itself through Email as advised by the visa officer. However till date my administrative processing is not yet complete. I already missed the fall 2018 semester and now waiting for the spring 2019 semester. Any advise would be thankfully accepted.
