Rajiv_8
Hi All, I have a pending I-140 EB2-NIW self petition filed in July 2018. Now we have moved to India with my family for new job. I know that within 10 days of move AR-11 need to be updated in USCIS system. And hence I updated this to my friend's USA address. Is it a correct way or I have done some mistake? Please confirm me if I am allowed to do so or it is mandatory to give my back home address of INDIA. I did it because USA communication is fast within the United States, and my friend can let me know the details with email or phone. Any suggestion is highly appreciated. Thank you. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Will you not be changing to Consular Processing? If you are not living here the only reason to let USCIS know your home address is for them to send any paperwork to you. Once you leave the local address is not existent. Link to comment
ibrahim237
Hi *****, Have you taken a new job and have quit US ? Or is it only for a temporary period that you have taken a job in India ? Make sure when your application is approved, you still have a job in US. By the way, how did you manage to file EB2 NIW ? Are you an IT professional ? Thanks. Link to comment
pontevecchio
NIW implies no need for a sponsor . No need to have a job here. Obviously working in the same field is expected . Link to comment
