H1B Transfer with Receipt Notice

Hi All,

My current H1B visa was expired on 1st  Aug 2018 and I-94 was expired on 1st Aug 2018.

I have filed my H1B extension from company A on 10th  June 2018 through normal processing and it is currently under processing.

Company B  offered me a job and they filed H1B transfer through premium processing on 5 Sep 2018  based on company A  H1B Receipt  notice. 

I joined Company B with Receipt notice. And recently  Company B responded to a  RFE and waiting for the Approval.

Please answer for the below questions.

 1.If Company B H1B transfer is approved, can i get new I-94 ( Since my I-94 was expired at the time of Filing)?
2. If Company B H1B transfer is approved, and if i don't get new I-94, will i go out of status ?
