rohitStques
Hi. I am on an H4 visa currently and working with a reputed firm on H4 EAD. Previously I did get an H1 B through a consultant and was on pay roll for 6 months with all pay stubs available. The consultant was unable to find a job for me so I transferred from H1B back to H4. We are planning to go to India in few months and I do have to go through consular processing for a new stamp but I found out recently that the consultant that I got my H1 b with is now a willful violator as per DOL. I am not sure if this would any way impact by H4 stamping since I am no longer working with that company or even on that H1 B visa. Has anyone had any similar experience. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment
pontevecchio
Payroll with 6 stubs is Ok if payment was actually made. Even otherwise the H4 visa will be a function of the credibility of your spouses H1. Link to comment
JoeF
As long as you got paid for real all the time (some of these frauds have schemes to give the money back to them, or some similar illegal stuff) you should be ok. Link to comment
