She qualifies and applied for EB1A/I-485 concurrently and NIW separately in 2017. NIW got approved but EB1A I-140 got denied.As per my understanding I-485 will be rejected if I-140 gets denied but we got I-485 interview scheduled in December and we are in confusion to attend I-485 interview or not.My H1B is valid till 2021.Are there any chances of getting I-485 approval and what happens if it gets approved.Will my current H1B status gets affected if our I-485 gets denied.Please let us know to attend interview or not.
