krishn30 Posted November 24, 2018 Report Share Posted November 24, 2018 I have below two questions. 1. I'm working for a pvt company and my EAD is going to expire by 12/30/2018. Can I continue to work in the company after getting the receipt for EAD extension? I could see in some forum posts, some people are saying they contacted to uscis and they replied to continue to work after getting the extension receipt. 2. My spouse's Employer is going file H1 & H4 together in premium in a week's time and the employer is NOT going to file the EAD along H1 & H4. Is there any way to file the EAD at the same time while filing H1&H4 in Premium Processing? I know the H1,H4 & EAD's are getting filed together in premium.But not sure how to file the EAD separate with premium. Please advise. Thank you in advance. Link to comment
