H1b Dropbox waiver eligibility

Hello,

The last visa I got stamped in my passport expired on Sep/2018.

In April my current employer filed for an extension which was approved until April/2021. Then I changed my job in June (My new employer had filed for visa transfer which was approved until June/2021). 

Now I want to go to India and get my visa stamped. I just wanted to know if I am eligible for dropbox - interview waiver program?

Yes you should be eligible for drop box

You are eligible. Employer change is not a filter for drop box anymore.

Fill Ds-160 to know if you are eligible or not. Though you are eligible now a days embassy wants to see applicant to process further. So be prepared for anything.

can the dropbox facility be availed in a country other than one of your origin?

For e.g., I am an Indian but can I use the dropbox facility of canada?

Secondly, do we need an appointment for dropbox as well?
