indrakg
Hi, Can you please provide your guidance and valuable inputs on the below situation. I am on my 9th year of H1B, I-140 already approved. In Aug 2018, I got 3 years of H1 extension with Client A and I have moved to Client B in October 2018. Since both clients A & B are in same County with 11 miles distance, I haven't applied Amendment. Now I am planning to go to Mexico for Visa stamping with Client B's letter, Do I need to apply Amendment? Thanks Quote Link to comment

Never days they check all the information and if anyting is questinable they hand you a 221G. I understand the MSA rule but it is a bit confusing. Cross check with your employer's attorney regarding stamping. Quote Link to comment
Tjgarla
Though you can work in the same MSA, when it comes for stamping Amendment is required. Don't risk going for stamping . Quote Link to comment
