H1B - Remote FTE - Office closing in MSA

Hi,

#1 I work out of Manhattan, NYC and our NY office (current LCA location) is closing next year, which triggers in my opinion H1 amendment and LCA. There is no office in this MSA or state and my profile is WFH with frequent travels. Can I apply my home address (in Manhattan, NYC) in my LCA as amendment.

#2 I travel 2/3 days a week to different location for meetings and WFH for rest of the time so would I need a client site address added to my LCA? The client location different as I support multiple clients so how would that work? 

#3 My extension is up next year so concerned if the amendments would stand in the way of RFE
