H1B Transfer and Amendment

Last year I got my H1B approved on Client A (Detroit, MI) from Employer A , and after 6 months i changed my client so this year on June i am working for Client B (Work from Home - Columbus,OH Home Address LCA) and filed amendment but the amendment is still pending.

 

Now i want to join the same Client B for Full time position.

 

So my questions is :

 

1. Can i withdraw my amendment application and transfer my H1B visa to Client B for Full time position? If yes, will there be any issues  when filing new LCA from Client B, because the address on the pay roll that is processed till date is Columbus OH location and if i file H1B transfer from my Employer A to Client B( Employer B) then i need to submit my previous pay checks that will have Columbus address (but the H1B amendment application is withdrawn so USICS will have question that why i was in Columbus)
2. My employer A is NJ based and Client   B is based on Maryland- So will there be any option to file H1B amendment in Premium processing or H1B transfer to new client in Premium process?
