H4 extension along with H1B extension

My company is filing for my H1B extension in a few weeks time, previous H1 B expires on 5/15/2019. My spouse is on H4 dependent, visa until 03/30/2020 (visa stamped). We never have filed i-539 before for his extension. He also has H4 EAD approved until 5/15/2019. 

Questions:

Do we need to file H4 (i539) for my spouse when I apply for H1 extension?

If yes, can we file i-129 (H1 B extension), i- 539 (H4 extension) and i- 765 (H4 EAD renewal) all together?

What documents are required for i-539, we have never filed for this before for my spouse.
