Hi,

I am from India. Presently I am in UK on visiting visa. I got Postdoctoral admission in Virginia, USA. My course start date is from January 1, 2019. Can I apply for J1 visa interview while in UK on visiting visa? or Is it mandatory to go back to India and attend visa interview there?
