H1B Transfer during H1B Amendment

Hi,

I am on H1B (Extension recently approved) working with Employer A.

Had a location and role change so Employer A filed a Amendment and I got the receipt number .  Now due to some project issues I have to move to different location and Employer A filed a Bridge Amendment.

Now I got an full time offer with an highly-reputed company. Please clarify the below

1) Will H1B transfer to New employer cause a problem due to my pending amendments

2) As Premium processing is on hold Is it safe to join on receipt number and if I get an RFE then will I need any documents from Employer A
