Client changed while H1B petition under process

Hi Sir/Madam,

Currently I am on STEM-Extension valid till April 2019. My employer filed H1b on April 1, 2018 and it got picked up in lottery. LCA was filed for client A in New York and meanwhile in June 2018 I had to move to client B in North Carolina. Recently USCIS issued an RFE asking mainly for Employee – Employer relationship and maintaining F-1 STEM OPT status. I can provide all the required documents from client B.

What are my options?

Can I apply for new LCA and submit client letter, vendor letter and contract documentation from client B?

I would really appreciate your time and advice. Thanks in advance
