RK_17
I was working in US for 6.5 years. My Employer Filed Perm and subsequently I-140 which got approved in April-2017. My H1B extension got denied after completing 6 years (even after I had approved I-140). This happened in March this year. I had to come back to India and currently I am in India. Please help me with these queries: 1. Now if I change my job will it impact my i-140, green card application status or Priority Date? 2. Also in order to file new H1b with new employer do I have to apply under Annual H1B Cap or under Cap Exempt H1B category since I have I-140 approved (through my previous employer)? Thanks in advance.. Link to comment
JaiTrump
1 - NO impact on the priority date. 2 - Cap exempt Link to comment
