Unable to download the display packet of my waiver application due to application error

Hello,

I am filling in my DS 3035 form for J1 waiver in DOS website. I am able to generate the case number for my application but I am unable to download the display packet. I get the following error message: "Application error. An error occurred while processing your application and we apologize for the inconvenience."

How should i work around this issue? I have reported the error in the link provided and also dropped in a email to the 212(e) waiver division. But haven't got any response yet.

Did anyone else face the same issue ??

I did too since Nov 7th.

I called the State Dept nonimmigrant visa phone # on Tuesday, and the person I talked to said they cannot answer questions about J1 waivers but she said they are aware of the issue. She said keep trying, and make sure to access the site on a PC using Internet Explorer. I haven't tried it today but it still wasn't working two days ago. I keep thinking there must be a form that you can download, but I can't find it.
