H1B Visa :- Consolidated Mark Sheet vs Semester wise Transcripts

Should we carry Semester wise Transcripts ? Or is ok to just have the consolidated Mark Sheet  for H1B visa interview.  Misplaced Transcript for one of the semester :(.

You most probably wont need them during H1b visa interview. But carry what you have and be ready for answering any questions regarding your education. Consulate will most probably  ask your education documents in 2 cases:

1- They have doubts on your credentials.

2- They handed out a 221g based on your field of education like nuclear science or biomedical sciences etc (TAL - Technology Alert list).

Also pls help on below :

a) I did my my Masters , so I filled Masters Degree , Bachelors Degree & Intermediate Details on Education details and scheduled the interview.   SSC (10th class details -- missed out). Should I fill out a new DS160 the details? Please let me know if SSC Details are mandatory.

b) On US point of contact , Person and Organization details ,on DS160  it allowed me to enter only one of them . So I entered only Organization details , so US Point of Contact is not filled.  But I see we should be able to fill both. Will this have any impact?

Us Point of Contact : Do not know

Organization Details : XYZ .. PVT LTD ...
