VinMani
Hello, Thanks for taking my question. I got Approved I-797 (I-94 is valid till May -2019). later I switched my employer From A to employer B. Currently My H1B Transfer is in Progress. I don't know my employer A has revoked my H1B or not. 1) Can i send Invitation Letter to my parents to initiate their Visiting Visa to USA? 2) While stamping Process US consulate persons will consider My I-94( which is valid up to May-2019) or My I-797 ( from my Employer A)? pontevecchio
Tourist visas are never sponsored. You do not ever need to send an invitation. I am sure you will get a couple of less diplomatic replies from the usual suspects ignored by admin. Have them apply on their own. Link to comment
JoeF
Such a letter is completely useless. They need to qualify for a visa on their own. Nothing you can send has any influence on that. And the consulate does not care about your I-94. It is about their visa, not yours. Link to comment
