TWO DIFFERENT SEVIS

Hello

The SEVIS number on my current F-1 visa(1st masters) doesn't match the SEVIS number on my new I-20 for the spring semester(2nd masters). When the officer at the port of entry will scan the visa, the SEVIS numbers are not going to match even though I can show him my old I-20 from my 1st masters.

MY first SEVIS status is closed.

What are the chances that he is going to let me enter the country?

If they can validate you're in , else not.  check with DSO about it if different sevis number are expected.

DSO advisors from my First Masters University are saying that they will not let me enter the country. And the DSO from my 2nd Masters University is saying that they will let me enter the country. I am confused.

Once sevis is completed, your F1 visa is automatically over. If you leave USA, you would have to get a new stamp based on new sevis and enter back.
