Anshul Deswal Posted November 10, 2018 Report Share Posted November 10, 2018 Hello. USCIS denied my OPT-EAD I-765 Application on November 1st. I graduated on 25th August and last day to apply/reapply for OPT-EAD was October 25th. The reason of denial was I failed to submit the I-765 application within 30 days of requesting new I-20 for OPT. I got the mail from USCIS on November 3rd that I have 30 days to file the motion to reopen the case. They didn't give me any other option. Also, I can't transfer my SEVIS to another university now. What should I do now? What are my options? Link to comment
