ubr09 Posted November 8, 2018 Report Share Posted November 8, 2018 Hi, My attorney sent the response to different location, so they denied my case stating they didn't get any response to the RFE, My attorney saying that they didn't get any letter saying we transferred the case, so they are putting all things together and reopening the case, and my STEM OPT ends on feb'3rd 2019, usually what is the timeline on the MTR, and what are other options I have?
