VIv90
Hello, My employer had filed for a H1B petition under the MS quota. I am working for a Client X who in-turn has a very large contract with a Federal Client. I received an RFE asking to establish employer-employee relation. Although i submitted documents pertaining to the above raised query, including but not limited to client letter from company X and the vendor Y. My petition was denied stating that X was still another vendor company and not the ultimate end client. What are mu changes of appealing for a MTR. Please advise. Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
Without a client letter from the end client, the chances are zero. Anything with middle vendors is nowadays a recipe for denial. Link to comment
JaiTrump
You can get the best answer from your attorney. Employer & employee relations can get subjective if you are working on multi level contracts with clients, multi-level vendors often sound like a resource staffing relationship which has been abused to the core. You may have good chances if your company has a SOW signed with the end client and not with in-between vendors. Link to comment
