Hello Sir,

My H1B Amendment + extension was filled in 01/22/2018 and I-94 was expired on 03/13/2018.

When filling this H1B extension, client contract date was 6/30/2018.

Later my contract has been extended till 6/30/2019.

I got SO RFE in 04/20/2018 and it was responded in 07/19/2018

While responding RFE, I got client letter with contract end date as 6/30/2020.

On 10/26/2018, I have received an email on Approval and my attorney has received approval notice on 31st Oct 2018 but valid until 6/30/2018 and I-94 at the bottom part shows 7/10/2018.

When I contacted my attorney, they filled a service request with USCIS on 10/31/2018 if the date is a typo error. I haven't heard any updated on this yet.

My company HR is saying, I have to leave the country immediately as I am not holding a legal status now. can you please advise in this case?

Thanks much.

You have already been advised correctly . You are occurring overstay and are in violation of the immigration law. You must leave asap and wait for the mess to be sorted out by your attorneys and come back again with a valid visa.
