Status change from F1 to H1 extension stamping

Planning to travel on Dec. 2018 with my H1b Extension for first time visa stamping from F1 to H1B extension stamping. 

Came here on F1 in Aug 2014.

H1 approved for 1 year in 2017 - 2018.

Now Approved visa for 3 years. Having confusion on Schedule appointment gettting dropbox option.

What should I answer (First H1b Visa expired last week):

 Did your previous H-1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) expire within the last 12 months?
Note:Please ensure that the 12 month validity is valid on the date of appointment/submission.

Visa is an entry stamp in your passport. You do not have an existing visa.
