mithunchennuru Posted November 2, 2018 Report Share Posted November 2, 2018 Hi, I recently changed employers and during my transfer, I got an RFE. This is my 2nd H1 (F1 2011-13. H1 2014-17. H1 2017-20). I'd like to know my options if my H1 gets rejected after responding to RFE. Does the 60 day grace period apply in my case? Can I apply for a university on F1? Or do I have to go back to India and find a new H1 sponsor? Link to comment
