Non matching of expiry date of 1-94 and H 1-B

I have the following issues

While working with IBM I visited India in March 2017 and got my Pass Port stamped with US Consulate Hyderabad.As per stamping my H 1-B is valid up to 21st April 2019.I returned to USA in same month and the Immigration officials at POE put 21st April 2019 as the last date of stay..I moved to PWC in April 2017 and again visited in March 2018 and again Immigration officials at POE put 21st April 2019 as last date of stay though my H 1-B (I-797) with PWC is valid until 12th March 2020.I request you to guide me whether I am to visit again India and US Consulate and get stamped with PWC as my Employer or with out going for stamping at US Consulate my 1-94 would get automatically extended up to 12th March 2020  by Immigration officials at Port of Entry
