DS 160 US Address Question

Hello guys,

I am currently in the US and going to India for stamping for H1B for the first time. I currently have an apartment here but lease expires Jan 1. I don't plan to renew/find a new place till stamping is done and I am back in due to all the uncertainty regarding it.  In the DS 160 there is a question, "address where you will stay in USA". Can I put an Airbnb or something? Not sure what to do...should I renew lease for 1 month and use that address? My interview is in Dec and my lease ends Dec 31. Would really appreciate some help!

Personally, I will prefer the current address than an Airbnb address. If the interview is in Dec and Dec 31 is your last lease date, you are technically giving the right info.

If you got any friends, check with them and give their address.

When is your interview date.. just calculate yourself.. add 5 business days to your interview date and give the address at that moment where you will stay in USA...
