sravan56 Posted November 1, 2018 Report Share Posted November 1, 2018 Hello all, Hello all, My h1b got approved on oct12 then my sevis got terminated on oct 15 as i have confirmed with my college as .but unfortunately again now i have a received a letter from USCIS that they are reopening my case and wait for there next letter.When i check the DHS history it is showing as oct12 approved and oct 19 reopened and and on oct 30 i got a rfe. Did anyone face this scenario before please let me know with any precautions What if i get rejection after i submit rfe just in case..?? Link to comment
