I have a scenario, Can any expert please advise:

My H1B Visa transfer (I-129) to New Employer (ABC) was denied on OCT 30th 2018 (checked Case status online & yet to receive decision notice).

I started working with new employer based on receipt number.

New employer is ABC & their client DEF & DEF end client was GHI (location of work).

When I was working at my previous employer (XYZ) I had got my Visa stamped in my previous employer name till April 10th 2019 & even I-94 documents shows April 10th 2019.

Since, I had joined new employer based on Receipt number & now it is denied:

A.  How many day can I stay legally without affecting my legal status?

B.  Is there a possibility that DEF can get my Visa transfer to work at GHI directly removing the layer ABC in between?

C.  Please let me know if you have any smart legal suggestions.
