My fiance is on L1A and our wedding ceremony is planned in 2 months in India. We registered our wedding in the US and have our marriage certificate. What is my best option now? 1. Should I apply for change of status to L2 and wait for the confirmation or 2. Is it advisable to go to India and get a new L2 Which is the fastest and safest way to get L2 in this situation?
