DineshKasu
Hi, I have my LCA filed for $94000 per year which gives $(94000/12) as $7833.33 per month and the Salary that I receive per month is $7460.00, I asked for the Difference in the Amount and my Employer answered "If there is big difference in the number it is a problem and this $373.33 per month is negligible so do not worry about it and it is answerable saying it is covered as Bonus and Benefits", Is this an Issue? I have stamping in this December and I am going for the first time (Previously I was on F-1) and when filling DS-160 do I have to give my Salary as $7833.33 per month or $7460.00 per month? Please let me know, Thank you in Advance. Link to comment
Tjgarla
Your hourly Salary will be $45.20/ Hr. 94K is divided by 2080 hours per year and will be given to you accordingly. $94 K . I am assuming your LCA is Dallas. Link to comment
JoeF
Bonus doesn't count for the salary. You need to get paid at least the amount listed on the LCA, not one cent less. And you of course have to list your real salary, they can ask for pay stubs. Getting paid less than what the LCA says could result in visa denial. Link to comment
