mahasan2018 Posted October 31, 2018 Report Share Posted October 31, 2018 Hi Team, My employer has filed my I129 H1B Extension in normal processing to California service center on this year 26th april and on October 1st petition has been transferred over to Nebraska service center. I will be completing my 240 days on 29th December, My Question is whether I am eligible for upgrading my petition to premium processing since there is no change in my location, salary, roles and client.
