Chilukuri27 Posted October 30, 2018 Report Share Posted October 30, 2018 I came to US from Canada on B1/B2 Visa in 2013 with Job offer and approved H1. I did not go to H1 stamping and my Employer adjusted my I-94 status from B1/B2 to H1 once I came to US. I started working after my status got changed to H1. My H1 is valid until December 2020 and my I140 got approved. So am I eligible to go to Mexico to get Stamping for H1? Link to comment
