H1-B Stamping Ds160 Doubts

Hi,

My H1-B got approved and I am planning to travel to India in December. I am filling Ds160 for the visa stamping and have a few doubts

1. For the question : "Have you made specific travel plans", should I say "Yes/No"

I have not booked the tickets yet (If I say yes, can I keep the flight number blank?) 

Does this answer have an impact on the visa approval?

2.  In US Point of contact, I have mentioned my direct supervisor. In relationship to you, can I select "Employer"? that is the closest option available

3. I was on F-1 before and have done part time and internship. In Previous employments, should I mention part time and internships? or just full time employments?
