sivasankaran Posted October 30, 2018 Report Share Posted October 30, 2018 I am completing 6 years in L1A on NOV-2018. i-140 in EB2 was approved in June-2014. Another company has filed my H1B for 2019 CAP and lottery got picked up. USCIS site it is still in 'Case Received' status. Is there any chance to get H1B approved? The attorney in new company was told in April (While applying for H1B) that, it should be fine. Link to comment
