H4 Appointment Scheduling

Hi, I am trying to schedule an appointment for my wife & daughter(H4), who recently went back to India for Visa stamping as there previous one has got expired. 

Now when I am trying to do that it gives me an error message that personal details match the profile that is already in the system.

I am using the same log in ID & password that I used to book an appointment for myself, my wife & daughter very first time. Now it’s only them I want to take an appointment for but not able to do so. 

Can someone please describe the process as how to do it. I’ll really appreciate any kind of support in this regards. Thanks!!
