No H1B (2019 cap) Decision

Hello everybody, 

Is anybody still waiting for approval of their H1B (FY2019 cap) case? 

My case status has been "received" since April and yet no decision. 

Is there a cause for concern? A month ago (end of September), the lawyer said we should be hearing something soon but nothing still.  

Please advise.

I am in the similar situation. I got an RFE in July and my employer responsed to the RFE in August first week. My status shows as USCIS received the response to the RFE in August 6th, 2018. But I didn’t get any response yet. 

Is your application in California or Vermont? If it’s california then it might take a while.
