H1 B rejected due to not maintaining F-1status

Hello,

I got my masters from Unv 'A' and completed OPT. At the end of STEM_OPT I have cancelled it and moved to Unv 'B' to start day 1 CPT. I got H1-B rejection stating "It appears from the record when the beneficiary filed the I129 she was in OPT status but USCIS shows her OPT was cancelled and is now in CPT status. It is noted that it appears the beneficiary did not maintain her F1 status while she was employed in CPT". I would like to go back to India in a month and apply for H4. I would like to know if there will be any consequences and how to face it?

They are cracking down hard on random use of CPT and the only way you can find out about the H4 visa is by appying and being absolutely honest in replies to any questions.

Hey what happened to ur h4 stamping can you please reply .I am also on day 1 cpt right now
