Still I didnot get any change in my case(Case was received). Also my 240 days window period going to expire on Feb 26 2019. If you see USCIS processing time looks like 6.5 months to 8 months which is more than my 240 days. Since premium processing was suspended, is my employer able to initiate the request to change the location from California to Nebraska? Pls guide me how to respond. Any thought is highly appreciated.
