H1 Transfer Approved, Can I work for current Employer and give him notice before I move?

Hi,

I am currently working for Employer A at client location XYZ,  my H1B Transfer Petition to Employer B (Full Time) was approved on Oct 23,2018. Employment Start Date with Employer B was agreed to be Dec 10,2018 

My Question is can I continue with my Current Employer until Dec 9th, 2018 and then start with Employer B on Dec 10th, 2018.

(I have to give my current Employer A a notice before I resign).

Yes, If the petition from A is valid along with I94 till then. One always had 60 days to join when changing H1 employers.

Can you please explain "one always had 60 days to join while changing H1 employers"? Does it mean even if the H1B petition from employer B is approved, I still have 60 days to join employer B, if my current H1B petition and I-94 is valid with employer A?
