My company has initiated L1B Individual Premium now. I found below requirement in USCIS web site. I just want to know whether we have to wait for 1 year and then have to apply Individual L1B Individual or my company can apply immediately? Appreciate your feedback!! *** Generally have been working for a qualifying organization abroad for one continuous year within the three years immediately preceding his or her admission to the United States Link to comment
