So current visa and i94 valid till dec 2018 obtained via Employer A. Employer B petition was in RFE which was applied when Emp A's petition was in RFE and now approved but again consular approval. Do I need to cross border and return to activate Emp B petition with current visa stamp? Also passport expires by oct 2019 and I'll be given i94 only till passport expiry date. Once I renew passport can I get my i94 extended within country (local cbp) with Emp B approval notice? Thanks in advance!! Link to comment
