I-693 medical memo 60 days period on Nov, 1 2018 for existing 485 filed applicants?

Our understanding on the  new medical memo table on Oct-16-2018, the 60 days period is not applicable for applicant who filed their I485 without medical form and get the medical sign-off at any time during i485 review process. Based on either medical RFE or pink slip letter, submit the completed medical (i693) later time. The date of medical sign-off can be either within 60 days or more than 60 days for in-process I485 applicants (after I485 filing date). My case more than 60 days between medical sign-off date and interview date due to pink slip letter request. Do i need fresh medical sign-off (within 60 days) before interview?
