Hi,

Filed my GC with PD-may 8 2009.(EB2-India)

Got EAD/AP in March 2012 when dates were current( then they retrogressed)

Already done with Biometrics-September 2012

Got a RFE for 485 J & submitted the updated information. Got approval in September 2018

Now my questions are

1. Is my PD current?

2. What are the next steps for AOS?
