I 140 Receipt Notice

Hi All,

I am inquiring in this forum about I 140 application. I submitted mine under Eb-1a category. It has been more than a month and I have not received receipt notice from USCIS. I even sent an email to lockbox; however, haven't received any response from there as well. Can you please tell me if other people are experiencing similar delays. Any help would be much appreciated.
